Regeneration Laboratories Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a scientific laboratory based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We synthesise, manufacture, and supply peptides and related research materials exclusively for laboratory research purposes.

2.1By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are purchasing peptides for bona fide laboratory research only;
• You are not purchasing for human consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic application, or any purpose prohibited by Australian law;
• You hold all necessary licences, approvals, and authorities required to possess and use the products in your jurisdiction;
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth), Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 (Vic), and any relevant export control regulations.

2.2We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if we reasonably believe you are purchasing for unauthorised purposes.

3.1Product Descriptions: All products are described on our website. We endeavour to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3.2Order Acceptance: An order constitutes an offer. Acceptance occurs when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch the product. We may decline orders at our discretion.

3.3Quotations: Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated.

3.4Minimum Orders: We may specify minimum order quantities or values, which will be communicated at the time of quotation.

4.1Pricing: Prices are as listed at the time of order or as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before acceptance.

4.2GST: All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated. GST will be added at the applicable rate under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).

4.3Payment Terms:

• Standard orders: Full payment before dispatch.
• Account customers (if approved): Payment within 14 days of invoice date.
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as notified.

4.4International Customers: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country. You are also responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported.

5.1Delivery: We dispatch products to the address you provide. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.2Risk: Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the carrier.

5.3Inspection: You must inspect products within 5 business days of delivery and notify us of any defects, shortages, or damage. Failure to notify constitutes acceptance.

6.1Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

6.2Research Peptide Specifics: Due to the nature of research peptides, returns are only accepted where:

• The product is defective or does not match the ordered specification;
• The product was damaged in transit (with photographic evidence provided within 48 hours);
• We supplied the wrong product.

6.3Exclusions: We do not accept returns for:

• Products ordered in error by the customer;
• Products stored or handled improperly after delivery;
• Products where the packaging seal has been broken (unless defective).

6.4Process: To request a return, contact us within the inspection period. We may require return of the product at our cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8.1Our IP: All intellectual property in our products, formulations, processes, branding, and website content remains our property or that of our licensors.

8.2Your Use: You receive no licence to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary information except as necessary to use the purchased products for research.

8.3Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

9.1Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9.2Liability Cap: Subject to clause 9.1, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

9.3Excluded Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or research opportunities;
• Any injury, illness, or harm resulting from misuse of our products;
• Any claim by a third party arising from your use of the products.

9.4Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including pandemic, natural disaster, supply chain disruption, or regulatory change.

10.1Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (below), which forms part of these Terms.

11.1By You: You may cease purchasing at any time. These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary.

11.2By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or use our products for unauthorised purposes.

12.1Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

12.2Jurisdiction: You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12.3Dispute Resolution: Before litigation, parties must attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation by the Resolution Institute (Melbourne).

13.1Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement.

13.2Amendment: We may amend these Terms by posting updates on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13.3Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in effect.

13.4Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

13.5Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
